KATHY KOCH is the Founder and President of Celebrate Kids, Inc., based in Fort Worth, Texas. She earned three degrees from Purdue University, including a Ph.D. in Reading and Educational Psychology. Before moving to Fort Worth to establish her ministry, Kathy served as a tenured Associate Professor in the education department at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. She has also taught second grade, coached at the middle school level, and served as a school board member for a Christian school. Kathy travels overseas twice each year, usually to help missionaries meet the educational needs of their children. She speaks to parents, women, educators, singles, students, and missionaries nationally and internationally and has been privileged to speak in 17 countries.
Kathy is author of How Am I Smart and Finding Authentic Hope and Wholeness, and is a regular contributor to three international magazines. She writes columns for Just Between Us, a magazine for women founded by Jill Briscoe, Interact, a journal for Christians educating their children overseas, andTeachers of Vision, a magazine for Christians teaching in public schools.
Kathy lives in Fort Worth, Texas.
