Bible and Breakfast Review

Book Review:

Bible and Breakfast: 31 Mornings with Jesus -- Feeding Our Bodies and Souls Together is a practical and delightful book written by Asheritah Ciuciu.

Spend 31 days focusing on nourishing your spiritual soul while enjoying daily breakfast meals. This hardcover book features breakfast recipes, as well as devotionals and brilliant full-color photographs of each recipe.

This book is primarily divided into 31 chapters spanning 31 days. The chapter titles include Double Chocolate Banana Muffins: Day 1 Start Fresh, Mason Jar Omelets: Day 2 Made Right, Baked Cheesy Polenta: Day 3 Trusting the Provider, Make-Ahead Breakfast Burritos: Day 14 To-Do List, Creamy Spinach and Eggs: Day 15 Seeking Him, Sunshine Waffles: Day 15 Much More, Peach and Blueberry Crisp: Day 29 Pour Out, Easter Egg Potato Casserole: Day 30 Morning...and Evening, Banana Nut Cookies: Day 31 Breaking Bread Together, etc. Also, there are additional chapters titled as Let's Get Started, The Inside Scoop on Bible and Breakfast Recipes, Where Do We Go From Here?, Recipe Index by Tags, Acknowledgments, and Notes.

Each chapter seems to include a breakfast recipe, Snack on the Go devotional, and Feast at the Table bible study that's focused on scripture passages and corresponding questions to ponder (or discuss with a group bible study).

According to the back cover copy: "Kick-start a morning habit of meeting with Jesus and eating a healthy breakfast every day. Join Bible teacher and author Asheritah Ciuciu for 31 devotions for busy women and 31 tasty breakfast recipes."

Bible and Breakfast is highly recommended and geared toward all ages, from young adults to older generations, particularly women interested in mixing biblical study with preparing delicious recipes.
