Homeschool Bravely Review

Book Review:

"Homeschool Bravely" is a beautifully written book full of wisdom and encouragement...and it's not just for the homeschool mom.

I was so thrilled to receive this book. Everything about it appealed to me. But the thing is, I'm not a homeschool mom. I'm not a mother at all yet...not even married. However, I found that this book is a wonderful encouragement and resource for those of us who, even though we aren't in that season quite yet, we know our convictions and desires for when that season does come. As a future homeschool mom one day, I learned so much from this book. More than that, I found a kindred spirit and a woman who offers kindness, grace and love in heaping amounts. I'm also a graduated homeschool student, so I know very well the criticism that homeschool moms (and dads), students and families face...I know this all too well. This book comes alongside you as a friend, companion and fellow warrior in the good fight, and offers you a steady hand, a backbone, and a hearty dose of reassurance...even when you need that reminder "just one more time."

I can't say enough about this book...it's one that I thoroughly enjoyed and soaked up so much wisdom from as a not-yet-mother, and one that I know I will return to over and over again once that season of life does come. I'm thankful for books like these and for authors like Jamie Erickson. It is a beauty to read and a gem to treasure!
