Back Cover Reads:
""Tozer understood prayer as few do; as a way of life. This volume will help readers capture that same grand vision.
With biblical wisdom and stunning insight, Tozer warns us of the barrenness of busyness-of "hurting ourselves where we cannot afford it." He urges us to commune regularly with God and offers varied reflections on what that entails.
With added commentary and reflection questions, Prayer compels us not to just pray, but to have a life that prays.""
A compilation of A.W. Tozer sermons and book excerpts, along with commentary (the 'Exploring with Tozer') and questions provided by W.L. Seaver, who compiled this book.
A.W. Tozer's Prayer offers you a look at what your prayer life should look like, why you need to pray and how to do it. Because it is a compilation it makes a great devotional (the chapters don't carry over each chapter is a different topic).
The chapters are short but not to short and the questions though provoking. Whether your prayer life is constant or nonexistent, this book is a great read.
I received this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review. All opinions expressed are my own.
