An Unexpected Revival Review

Book Review:

Sometimes the perfect Bible study comes along at just the right time. "An Unexpected Revival", Erica Wiggenhorn's latest study, has arrived at a time when most, if not all, of us are searching for light through a fog of disappointment and doubt. The promise of revival has been discussed among believers for a long time, and it seems light years away. But God. He knows when revival will come. He also sends encouragement periodically to keep us on alert, such as Bible studies like this one. We need to feel close to God. We yearn to hear His voice. We crave His peace, and we struggle to find and hold on to His joy.

Wiggenhorn's 8-week study of Ezekiel is incredible. I love how she encourages us to read and study the scriptures for ourselves and doesn't spoon feed us her interpretation. She pushes us to learn and discover the treasures held in scripture on our own, making it much more meaningful. There is so much to study and learn. If you are longing for revival, accept the invitation to experience God's faithfulness, hope and purpose in the book of Ezekiel.
